Mental health support and awareness start page sometimes it can get overwhelming in life, please ask for help. The following are instructions, links and phone numbers are for ease of access if you need them.
Firstly, if you’re in immediate danger, call your emergency service number and ask for police if life-threatening or an ambulance if injured or suicidal to get help. This includes violence, domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse and suicide.
Secondly, if not immediate danger contact your GP and ask for an emergency appointment they will help to you get an on some type of mental health plan, this is helpful.
Thirdly, If you just need someone to talk until your GP’s appointment, the lists below will help you.
America (United States)
